This video series is meant to be used one lesson per week so you can take in the meaning and integrate the lesson into your daily routine. Carol Wight and Katie Snapp present these 12 life lessons in video form with weekly exercises. The videos range from 20 minutes to one hour, most are 20 minutes. Enjoy!

Module 1 Orientation - Creating the Life You Love

Module 2 - Discovering Your Passion

Power comes when we take charge. Today we take charge! You have the capacity to create whatever you want. What would you LOVE to be, do, have, give, create?

Module 3 - Designing and Testing Your Dream

If our dream is big enough, it will require that we become a different person than we are today. We cannot get TO our dream, we must come FROM it. In order to come from it, we must BECOME it.

Module 4 - Deserving Your Dream

This lesson teaches us about learning to perceive ourselves differently and to let go of any negative self-talk from our past, and to discover why we truly are magnificent beings.

Module 5 -Facing Your Fear

In this lesson you will learn strategies and skills for deepening and developing your spiritual muscles for overcoming fear. It can be tempting to spend time with and entertain your fear-thoughts, but in doing so, you lose the connection to your spiritual strength.

Module 6 - Using the Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction (LOA) at it’s most basic level is that like attracts like. This lesson teaches that if are going to attract certain things in your life you will need to think, act and believe in “like” things.

Module 7 - Change Your Paradigm, Change Your Life

A paradigm is the pattern of thinking that got you here. Life today is a reflection of your paradigm.

Module 8 -Listen to Your Intuition

In this lesson you will learn how to accelerate into your dream by listening to the “still, small voice” — your intuition.

Intuition is one of our six mental faculties. The six mental faculties are imagination, intuition, will, perception, memory, and reason.

Module 9 - The Importance of Forgiveness

“Forgiveness is not always easy. At times, it feels more painful than the wound that inflicted it. And yet there is no peace without forgiveness.” Marianne Williamson 

Once you’ve identified where you need to practice forgiveness, you may feel like you’re at a loss as to how to actually do it. Even once you make a conscious decision to forgive someone for whom you harbor some resentment, resentment can creep back in. So how do you take the actual steps toward forgiveness?

Module 10 - Creating a Circle of Power

Sharing your dream with people who will prop you up and encourage your growth is 10x’ing your potential. In this video we encourage you to set yourself up for success.

Although you have to take the steps toward your dream yourself, you don’t have to do it alone. In fact, you can’t do it alone. As human beings, we are not meant to go it alone. Today we are talking about how to put in place a support system that will support you in stepping into your dream.

Module 11 -10 Step Review

In this lesson you will review the 10 steps to creating a life you love.

Phase 1) Planting the seed, discovering, designing, testing, and deserving your dream. Phase 2) Bridging the gap, facing your fear, using the LOA, changing your paradigm. Phase 3) Listening to your intuition, power of forgiveness and creating a circle of power.

Using mindfulness meditation to find peace amid chaos. Carol and Katie spend an hour with mindfulness trainer Michelle DuVal finding tips and tricks to bring peace in your life.
